Venture X began in southwest Florida in 2012 with the first location in Naples. Opening its doors to meet the needs of not only small businesses, freelancers and tech startups, Venture X set out to develop a vibrant community, populated with business professionals from many industries. With a diverse and varied membership, Venture X hosts successful businesses that can expand in place, as well as large companies and corporations that like the availability of optional workspaces for their remote teams.`

In the world of franchising, the Titus name is the stuff of legends. United Franchising Group CEO, Ray Titus, worked with his father, franchising giant, Roy Titus, to launch Signarama in 1987. Named to Forbes’ Magazine’s prestigious, “30 under 30 list, Jason Anderson founded Premier Property Marketing Group in Dallas, TX before joining United Franchising Group. Prior to becoming Venture X’s Brand President in 2019, Jason held other leadership roles at UFG, most recently as President of UFG brand, Accurate Franchising and also as Director of Franchise Development and Chief Technology Officer. As Venture X Brand President, Jason heads up the leadership team in order to implement our ambitious expansion agenda. With strengths in franchising, technology, real estate, marketing and entrepreneurial concepts, Jason has been moving Venture X towards continued growth.
